This is the nerd plan for the week of June 20-26, 2016!
We both eat a paleo/gluten free diet so everything you see in our meal plan will be gluten free but not everything is 100% paleo! And don’t forget to check the bottom of the post out for our nerdy stuff this week as well as any notes about what we’re eating and why!
And as a note: We use our meal plans as guidelines for what we’re eating for the week! So if we’re extra hungry one day we’ll eat more or some days we just aren’t really all that hungry so we don’t eat as much! We listen to our bodies which is one of the best measures of “how much to eat” I can think of 🙂

Nerdy Stuff + Video Games for the week:
Liz: Fallout 4 , Fallout: New Vegas + watching Gopher play Fallout 4 / The Witcher on YouTube while I edit!
Dan: Fallout 4, GTA:V + watching Gopher with Liz because Barry is epic!
Other Notes for the week:
– We got a stationary bike! No seriously, we did — so you’ll find us on there 2-4 times a week while watching youtube videos… on our phone… because we got this cool little gizmo that keeps the phone on the bike!
– Wedding Season is here! So if you see WEDDING in a meal slot that means we’re eating at the wedding and bringing things like dried fruit, nuts, Larabars, Applegate Sausage, etc to snack on 🙂
– Wedding Season also means are meals are slightly less creative while we get back into the swing of things so we’ll be doing a lot of leftover + stir fry!
xoxo
